This is an opportunity for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant or a fully qualified Architect to work with an incredibly busy design studio. This is a long term consultancy opportunity with live ongoing projects as well as a strong pipeline of new business across London, the Cotswolds, the Caribbean and key hubs in Europe. You will have exposure to all stages of the project with a strong focus on quality.
Key Responsibilities
Produce planning and design drawings for a range of projects
Prepare planning and construction drawings using AutoCAD
Assist with design development and spatial layout studies
Update drawings to reflect design decisions, finishes, and fittings
Support the principal with day-to-day project delivery
What We Are Looking For?
RIBA Part 2 qualified
Holds professional credentials in architecture or a comparable qualification
Proficient in 3D modelling and design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
Background in designing luxury, highly detailed residential projects
Knowledgeable in construction codes, planning standards, and regulatory compliance
Proven experience collaborating with a range of clients, including ultra-high-net-worth individuals
