Key Responsibilities
Some of the key responsibilities of the Clinical Negligence Solicitor role include
• Manage a wide range of Clinical Negligence cases from start to conclusion
• Work closely with clients supporting and advising them through every step of their case
• Produce letters of claim, witness statements and instruct medical experts and counsel
• Build strong and trusting relationships with clients and other stakeholders
• Always maintain accurate and organised files
What We Are Looking For?
The successful candidate will have
• 1+ year PQE experience within Clinical Negligence
• Experience of negotiating with insurers and clients to reach a satisfactory outcome for all.
• Strong team player and able to work with colleagues effectively when working remotely
• Experience of managing cases from start to finish
• An interest in networking who is keen to further help raise the company profile.
