Ensuring strong financial management in order to minimise risk and increase the success and operational efficiencies to deliver objectives.

• Providing clear guidance, and advice on financial management ensuring compliance to legislation and good practice.

• Reporting and preparing information for the Owners, Directors and other key stakeholders, to support decision-making and business planning.

• Ensuring accurate management and statutory accounting information is recorded, maintained and reported to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and robust decision-making.

• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders internally and externally to ensure effective service delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Managing the finance function to include performance management, recruitment and development of quality people ensuring your teams are appropriately skilled and qualified to meet business needs.

• Manage and contribute to projects and change programmes supporting the company’s values and objectives.

• Oversee the health and safety, procurement and HR functions.
