HR Shared Services Design & Operational Leadership
HR Systems Operations & Vendor Management
Payroll Operations
Data Governance & Operational Data Quality
M&A & Transformational Readiness, (Operational)
Continuous Improvement & Service Maturity
Stakeholder Partnership and Influence
What We Are Looking For?
Minimum of 10-12 years’ experience in HR Operations, shared services or HR systems within complex organisations
Proven experience designing and leading HR shared services and HR systems operations
Experience of managing payroll operations and outsourcing transitions.
