We are partnering exclusively with a well regarded, Estate and Lettings Agency who are looking to add an experienced Lettings Negotiator to their team in Cheltenham.
Key Responsibilities
Handle new Tenant enquiries, arranging appropriate viewings
Nurture and develop excellent Landlord relationships
Maintain thorough and accurate property records
Negotiate offers, liaising between Landlord and Tenant
What We Are Looking For?
Previous experience in a Lettings Negotiator position is essential
Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
Strong organisational skills
Full UK driving licence, plus use of your own business appropriate car
Benefits
Base Salary of £25-28,000 DOE, with OTE expected to be £30-35,000
