re you a commercially driven NAM ready to take ownership of major UK retail accounts and make a real impact? We are a high-growth FMCG drinks business. We are looking for an experienced National Account Manager to manage our portfolio of category-leading beverage brands. You will own the full P&L (profit and loss) for key UK Grocery Multiples and Convenience channels.
You will drive distribution, listings, and category growth. You will also turn brand ambition into shelf space and consumer sales.

Account Ownership: Manage a multi-million-pound P&L across 2 key Grocery Multiples and a number of larger Convenience groups
Joint Business Planning : Create and execute strategic, win-win business plans with your retail buyers.
Drive Sales: Maximise product distribution, rate of sale, and promotional ROI (Return on Investment).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our Marketing, Category, and Supply Chain teams to deliver on brand goals.
What We Are Looking For?
About You
Experience: 3+ years of National Account Management experience in the UK FMCG sector, specifically with Grocery or Convenience customers.
Commercial Acumen: You know how to build a P&L, negotiate trading terms, and drive brand value.
Analytical Skills: You have strong data skills (using Excel and retailer data portals) to build compelling, shopper-led pitches.
Drive: You are a "drive it - own it" team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
