As a Recruitment Consultant at Adjacency Recruitment, you will have the opportunity to develop your professional recruitment capabilities from experienced professionals in the industry and will be given the tools and resources necessary to build relationships with clients and candidates that will ensure success. We operate a clear 'my area' focus, so you will never be competing internally for candidates or jobs, we are specialists in our areas, and you will run it as yours.
Key Responsibilities
Be given the training and development to operate as a 360-degree consultant
You will be treated as an adult, and given the chance to stamp your mark on the sector
Collaborate with clients to understand their current / future / long-range hiring needs and provide strategic solutions.
Utilise the strong platforms and job boards we invest heavily in (that most don't!) that ensure you attract the right talent pool.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client and candidate satisfaction.
Negotiate offers and manage recruitment processes from start to finish.
Integrate yourself with a large number of established clients, locally and farther afield.

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 3 years of your previous career behind you. A strong mind, a positive mindset and approach, combined with a good sense of humour. Most important is your in-built work ethic and desire to succeed in your chosen arena. We will give you the tools to become an outstanding recruiter…. we have created many and enjoy watching their careers thrive. We are a small but friendly team, which is why we do not allow negativity, office politics or competition for candidates or clients into the office.
