Adjacency are delighted to be supporting in the recruitment of a Senior HR Advisor to provide support to the Head of HR and to lead the HR Advisor whilst applying a strategic, commercial and practical approach to HR practices.
Key Responsibilities
Provide line management to the Human Resource Advisor. Lead, coach, and inspire a culture of collaboration and idea sharing.
Lead on Employee Relation issues, delegating and escalating where appropriate
Continually review employee centred initiatives, including reward & recognition, employee engagement surveys and employee benefits
Support and advise line managers and colleagues on policies and procedures, such as probation, flexible working requests, maternity / paternity leave
Supporting and identifying training and development requirements in line with Company objectives
Ensure completion of HR inductions, onboarding and exit interviews
Ensure effective HR metric reporting and provide numerical and written insights to Head of HR
Review employment policies and provide recommendations
Oversee the HR Advisor with the development of the recruitment needs of my client
Other ad hoc HR work / projects depending on business needs
What We Are Looking For?
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a HR Advisor role or similar
Working and up to date knowledge of employment law
Solutions driven with excellent communication and organisational skills.
