This highly regarded, Legal 500 firm are looking to add further strength to their established Clinical Negligence team and someone who genuinely wants to build their own brand and career in this market.
Key Responsibilities
Some of the key responsibilities of the Senior Solicitor - Clinical Negligence
Manage a wide range of high value Clinical Negligence cases from start to conclusion
Work closely with clients supporting and advising them through every step of their case including funding options
Select and instruct experts and counsel
Always maintain accurate and organised files
What We Are Looking For?
The successful candidate will have
6+ year PQE experience within Clinical Negligence
Experience running a complex caseload
Experience of managing cases from start to finish
Excellent internal and external communication skills both verbal and written.
