Adjacency Recruitment are delighted to be exclusively partnering with an established and highly regarded regional law firm, who are looking to add a Conveyancer to their Real Estate team, based at their Stratford upon Avon office.
Reporting to the Head of New Homes Team, the Plot Conveyancer will be involved in the buying and selling of new homes, including part exchange transactions, from initial instruction through to legal completion, acting for national house builders, through to more bespoke developers.
Key Responsibilities
Act in the buying and selling of new build plots and part-exchange transactions
Deliver a smooth, efficient, and professional service, ensuring all transactions comply with current legislation and best practice.
Interacting with buyers, sellers and other third party stakeholders
