A fantastic opportunity for a systems and data focused HR Professional to join a collaborative and friendly HR team to implement and own the ongoing optimisation of a new HRIS platform.
This role combines system ownership, data governance and reporting capability and in turn will support HR and the wider business in making data-driven decisions whilst working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation, including the HR Director.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
Support the implementation of a new HRIS platform including configuration, testing and rollout.
Improve and streamline HR processes to align with new system
Support change management activities to ensure successful system adoption across the business
Own the day-to-day management of the HRIS
Act as the primary point of contact for all HRIS related queries and system support
Support and train users to ensure efficient and consistent system usage
Ensure the accuracy, integrity and security of employee data
Conduct regular data audits and maintain compliance with GDPR
Produce HR reports, dashboards and metrics to support business decisions
Analyse HR data to provide insights on employee trends and performance
Partner with HR & Finance to support workforce planning
What We Are Looking For?
To be considered for an initial screening interview we would expect your CV to show proven experience in HR systems, HR data or HR analytics. You will have worked with HRIS platforms in the past, have strong Excel skills and love data!!
