We’re currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a growing Gloucestershire business looking to strengthen its finance team.
This would suit a part-qualified accountant, particularly someone currently working in accountancy practice, who is looking to make the move into industry and take on a broader, more commercially focused role.
The position offers significant exposure across management accounting, financial reporting, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting and business partnering, alongside the opportunity to develop leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation of monthly management accounts
Month-end journals, accruals, prepayments and reconciliations
Variance analysis and financial performance reporting
Cash flow forecasting and working capital management
Budgeting and forecasting
Supporting audit and year-end processes
Oversight of transactional finance processes
What We Are Looking For?
Ideally ACA/ACCA/CIMA part-qualified or AAT qualified
Practice experience would be highly desirable
Exposure to accounts preparation, management accounts and/or audit
Strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping and reconciliations
