We are working with an established and growing client who are seeking a qualified Management Accountant to join their finance team. This is a rare opportunity to join a growing business who are undergoing positive change. It offers broad exposure across financial reporting, business partnering and commercial analysis within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Produce accurate monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet and supporting reconciliations.
Prepare weekly and monthly financial reporting, KPI analysis and performance commentary.
Investigate variances against budget, forecast and prior year, working closely with operational stakeholders.
Maintain balance sheet integrity through regular reconciliations.
Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow reporting.
Assist with payroll accounting, inter-company reconciliations and technical accounting where required.
Contribute to finance process improvements, systems projects and ad hoc analysis.
What We Are Looking For?
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
Previous experience producing management accounts in a stock-based business is a must.
Excellent Excel skills.
