Our client is part of a global manufacturing group, now seeing an experienced Senior
Finance Manager / Controller, to oversee the day-to-day accounting,
AP/AR and reporting functions of this growing division of a larger, significant, Global group.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with platform business leaders and accounting teams to provide financial guidanc
e and insights.
• Oversee and manage all accounts payable and receivable activity for the business
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to ensure cost efficiency and robust pl
anning.
• Assist in preparing key reports, including Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Operating
Reviews, and input into the overall Operating Business Planning.
• Develop financial models and projections for revenue, orders, expenses, income, and ca
sh flow
• Analyse plant operating results, identify trends, and recommend actionable strategies to l
eadership.
• Drive productivity initiatives, monitor commercial commissions, and translate complex fin
ancial data into operational roadmaps.
What We Are Looking For?
Hold a qualification in Finance & Accounting
Bring 5+ years of finance and accounting management experience
If candidates have USGAAP experience it would be a benefit
Skilled in accounting and financial forecasting.
A collaborative team player with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights.
Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced setting.
A strategic mindset with the ability to switch between big picture planning and tactical execution.
