Key Responsibilities
Some of the key responsibilities of the Residential Conveyancer role include
• You’ll have the opportunity to manage a broad caseload including purchase, re-mortgage, freehold, leasehold etc
• Building relationships with existing clients as well as developing relationships with introduces via networking, marketing etc
• Strong technical and administrative skills able to adhere to the SRA code of conduct
• Deliver an excellent client experience throughout
What We Are Looking For?
The successful candidate will have
• Qualified Residential Conveyancer or Solicitor with previous experience in a similar role.
• Ability and interest in mentoring and coaching junior colleagues
• Good collaborator with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong business development experience
• Excellent communication and IT skills
