Senior Finance Manager / Financial Controller
Key Responsibilities
Partner with platform business leaders and accounting teams to provide financial guidance and insights.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to ensure cost efficiency and robust planning.
Assist in preparing key reports, including Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Operating Reviews, and the Annual Operating Plan.
Manage a small, established management team
Develop financial models and projections for revenue, orders, expenses, income, and cash flow
Analyse plant operating results, identify trends, and recommend actionable strategies to leadership.
Drive productivity initiatives, monitor commercial commissions, and translate complex financial data into operational roadmaps.
What We Are Looking For?
Hold a qualification in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
Bring 5+ years of finance and accounting management experience
Skilled in accounting and financial forecasting.
A collaborative team player with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights.
Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced setting.
A strategic mindset with the ability to switch between big-picture planning and tactical execution.
