Defining what workforce data matters and why
What We Are Looking For?
Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in people analytics, workforce analytics, or a regulated analytical leadership role
Proven experience delivering workforce insight in complex, regulated and multinational organisations
Experience supporting organisational change, integration, or transformation through data and analytics
