As a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Adjacency Recruitment, you will have the opportunity to continue your personal development from experienced professionals in the industry and will be given the tools and resources necessary to build further relationships with clients and candidates that will ensure success.
Key Responsibilities
Operate as a 360-degree consultant running roles in finance, from BP to Head of level, including fee earners at practice level.
You will own your desk. You will be given full autonomy to operate as a Senior Consultant, the chance to stamp your mark on the sector and be seen as the 'go-to' recruiter in your space
Collaborate with clients to understand their current / future / long-range hiring needs and provide strategic solutions.
Utilise the strong platforms and job boards we invest heavily in (that most don't!) that ensure you attract the right talent pool.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client and candidate satisfaction.
Negotiate offers and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
What We Are Looking For?
Ideally, you will have a minimum of 5 years of professional recruitment experience. If you had experience of recruiting finance roles it would be a benefit, but not essential as we have several finance market specialists you can quickly get up to speed from, and have ongoing support if needed. What is essential is that you are a positive, motivated and professional individual who possesses a strong work ethic alongside a good team-focused culture and sense of humour! We are a small but friendly team, which is why we do not allow negativity, office politics or competition for candidates or clients into the office.
